Almost done with the late night workout. 50 more push ups to go
Just turned my new workout shirt into a muscle cut-up tee. I needed more arm space :)
At 5AM im about to head out and do my workouts
1: Do 10min of warm ups
2: jog for a good 10mins
3: 5x10 push ups on chairs
4: 5x15 of dips
5: 4x25 of sit ups
6: 4x15 benchpress
7: 5x25 curls
